    They were very patient with my questions. Explained that the graphic I created would print blurry, so I redid that section of the graphic. Grateful for their insight and recommendation. The banner was great!

    The backdrop was nice but wasn't what I ordered. I wanted it to be lavender & yellow but received black & white. Once I contacted the company to let them know their mistake, they wanted me to pay an additional $58 to reprint it (The original reprint is $75). When I ask them why should I be penalized for their mistake, I never received a response. So I will never use them again and I won't recommend them to anyone else. If a mistake was made on my behalf I wouldn't mind paying but it wasn't and I Refuse to pay TWICE!!

    The best! Absolute best! Quality of product-excellent! Customer service is top notch, always! Shipping is fast, always! Communication is best, always! I have been ordering from them for over 8 years now, only had 2 issues (caused by Fedex) and they were able to resolve them. I will always order from this shop. They are the best!
