Unimpressed, unhappy customer
After going back and forth what seems like 5-6 times about our files, we finally got our item ordered only for it to come in totally mis-printed. Customer service basically blamed it on us. Not a happy lady, will not be ordering from them again. The stand was fine so that's why they got 2 stars instead of 1.

Good Looking Banner
They followed the direction I had inputted in the form. When there was a problem with the banner, they corrected the mistake immediately and I had a replacement the next day. Friendly and pleasant to work with!
