    Instructions were lacking

    I ordered the 6'X8' banner with an upgrade to Premium stand adding an additional cost of $144. When I received the banner and stand all that was included was a page with brief instructions and no real explanation of how the "additional" supports work - I've got two extra bars that are unaccounted for in the instructions. I'm hoping I've put this together correctly but really have no idea based on the instructions.

    Broken fasteners

    I absolutely am pleased with the quality and speedy delivery of the backdrop. I'm also dissatisfied with the pole fasteners. One of them arrived cracked and worsened upon assembly.

    The quality is great and I could not believe how quickly it arrived. I would definitely recommend getting the stand with it. I think it would be hard to display in many places without it. The stand was easy to set up.

    Thank you for making the step and repeat backdrop personalized for me. I didn't have a good PDFs of image I wanted but you got the idea and were able to create exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased with the outcome and how quick the service was.

    I ordered a step & repeat from Sign 11 just three days prior to our event, they were professional, responsive and the product was fantastic, quality of backdrop very good. They promised the S&R would arrive in time and it did. Thank you Sign 11!
