How can I design my backdrop?

You design and send a print ready file - Acceptable file format eps, ai, pdf, psd, png, jpg, tiff(Actual size with 100 dpi)
Choose from templates - Our designer change name, date, color etc - Input template number and design instruction in Special Instruction Box.
Logos and photos - Our designer lay out your logos and photos

SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from Suwanee GA via FedEx, UPS, USPS - We choose the shipping carrier.
Sign11.com ship within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States
We don't ship on weekends, holidays - don't count on transit time.
You will receive a tracking number once your package has been shipped
Most orders will be shipped out Same Day or within 1 business day after proof approval and payment is received.
Delivery date and time is a guarantee by the shipping company not by Sign11.com. Therefore, as long as we shipped out by the calculated time, we do not hold any responsibility on the late arrivals and exceptions.
Shipping Address Correction is automatically subject to $15.00 Fee with FedEx/UPS/USPS. A failure to pay this fee will result in your order not getting delivered to the correct address.

FAQ

Q: What is the Finishing Option?
A: Finishing option depends on how you are going to display your banner.

Pole pockets are looped pockets, either on the top and bottom or side to side of the banner for insertion of a pole for hanging. If you are purchasing a stand, then your finishing option will be Pole pockets Top and Bottom.
Grommets are aluminum rings that are placed around the banner for hanging with hooks or rope
Hems are taped or sewing around the edges of the banner for a longer life span.
Clean Cuts are the raw banner with no stitching and one-time use only.
Wind Slits are holes placed in the middle of the banner for the wind to be able to circulate through. Mainly for large or over-sized banners
