This was my first experience with requesting a backdrop. Your information was given to me by a venue while discussing decorations. Your graphics designer with quick with his designs and responses that made this process smooth, professional and exciting. I will definitely keep the word of mouth going to anyone that’s asks about this type of service.

Step and repeat
Overall I was very pleased with the results of my step-and-repeat. I would recommend that the designers would clearly communicate how many edits a Customer has to complete their project. My designer complained about the number of edits, but did not communicate that there was a limit. Sign11 designers keep in mind that if a customer is spending money on step & repeat it is a BIG deal to them. And the process is something NEW most times to that customer. So be clear initially about the process and dont complain about your job. I would use sign11 again and I would recommend this company.

Unable to use backdrop
I requested 6 x 8 and received 8 x 6. I cannot use it where I planned and would like a refund.
