Super Service, Speedy Delivery
They made it very clear that the delivery date was what it was showing but that they'd make every effort to get it out of production as efficiently as possible. The quality was perfect and a grand hit with the audience. It also came 2 days sooner than the predicted date. I am very well please and so appreciative. Very easy assembly and a quality red carpet as well. Thank you!

If you have the money to invest in the stand, red carpet and step and repeat; DO IT!!! This is such a beautiful product!!! It was better than I expected!!!! The young men were impressed to use it during our College Signing Day. I will be suggesting that the chapter order one for upcoming events. Thank you for your expeditious and well valued products!

Just what we wanted
Our banner arrived on time and as promised in the design proof. The workmanship is very good and the materials are quality. The ordering process was amazingly fast and the correspondence back and forth was professional. My only issue is that somehow in the process I must have missed the box to check that we wanted the grommets for extra support...so ours arrived without any. I wish that had been mentioned in the proof stage, but we still love the item. I'd recommend getting the 8x10 step repeat over the 8x8 so that you have a little more room for the photos and are still able to capture just the banner and not items behind it. Finally, I really appreciate that Sign11 works with institutions needing to pay by purchase order. A competitor of theirs lost our business in the ordering stage because they would not honor that form of payment.
